• Review requests
• Appointment reminders
• Customer service communications
• Follow-up messages
• Account notifications
• Promotional or marketing messages
• Service updates

Message frequency may vary depending on user interaction and account activity.

2. User Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into SMS communications, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated or non-automated text messages from:

• Review Wolf LLC; and/or
• Businesses utilizing the Review Wolf platform.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Users submitting customer contact information through the Review Wolf platform represent and warrant that they have obtained all required consent before sending messages.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan.

Review Wolf LLC is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred by users.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming your unsubscribe status.

6. Supported Carriers

• Violate TCPA, carrier, or A2P regulations;
• Upload purchased or scraped contact lists.

Review Wolf LLC reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate messaging compliance requirements.
