These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Review Wolf LLC (“Review Wolf,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website, software platform, messaging services, review automation tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

 

1. Services

Review Wolf LLC provides software and marketing tools designed to help businesses manage customer communication, automate review requests, improve online reputation, and related business functions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to act on behalf of your business;
  • All information you provide is accurate;
  • You will use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  • All activity occurring under your account;
  • Ensuring your contact and billing information remains current.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

4. Customer Data & Consent

You retain ownership of the customer data you upload to the platform.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have obtained all required consent from customers before uploading or using their information;
  • Your use of the Services complies with all applicable privacy, consumer protection, and telecommunications laws, including TCPA and A2P messaging requirements;
  • You will not use purchased, scraped, or unlawfully obtained contact lists.

Review Wolf LLC is not responsible for verifying customer consent on behalf of users.

 

5. SMS & Messaging Terms

By using messaging features within the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for obtaining proper opt-in consent from recipients;
  • Message frequency may vary;
  • Message and data rates may apply;
  • Recipients may opt out by replying STOP;
  • HELP instructions must be provided where required by law or carrier guidelines.

You agree not to use the Services for:

  • Spam;
  • Harassment;
  • Fraudulent communications;
  • Illegal marketing practices;
  • Prohibited or restricted content.

Review Wolf LLC reserves the right to suspend messaging functionality for any account suspected of violating carrier, Twilio, A2P, or legal compliance requirements.

 

6. Subscription Terms

Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree:

  • Billing will recur automatically unless canceled;
  • Pricing may change with reasonable notice;
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • All payments are non-refundable;
  • Partial billing periods will not be prorated;
  • Setup fees and onboarding fees are non-refundable.

 

7. Term Commitment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Review Wolf subscriptions may require a minimum service commitment term.

Early cancellation does not waive any remaining contractual payment obligations.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, graphics, workflows, content, and technology associated with the Services are the property of Review Wolf LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy;
  • Reverse engineer;
  • Resell;
  • Modify;
  • Redistribute; or
  • Exploit the Services without prior written permission.

 

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes;
  • Interfere with platform security or operation;
  • Upload malicious code;
  • Attempt unauthorized access;
  • Use the Services to send deceptive or abusive communications.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

 

 

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms including:

  • Google
  • Meta/Facebook
  • Twilio
  • CRM systems
  • Review platforms

Review Wolf LLC is not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages;
  • Platform policy changes;
  • Data loss caused by third-party providers;
  • Actions taken by review platforms or messaging carriers.

 

11. No Guarantee of Results

While our Services are designed to help businesses improve online visibility and customer engagement, Review Wolf LLC does not guarantee:

  • Specific rankings;
  • Review volume;
  • Revenue increases;
  • Search placement;
  • Lead generation results.

Results may vary based on numerous factors outside our control.

 

 

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Review Wolf LLC disclaims all warranties including:

  • Merchantability;
  • Fitness for a particular purpose;
  • Non-infringement;
  • Availability or uninterrupted operation.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Review Wolf LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including:

  • Lost profits;
  • Lost data;
  • Business interruption;
  • Reputation damage;
  • Carrier penalties;
  • Review platform actions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Review Wolf LLC during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

 

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Review Wolf LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services;
  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Violation of law;
  • Customer complaints;
  • Messaging or privacy compliance issues.

 

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Nonpayment;
  • Suspected fraud or abuse;
  • Legal or compliance concerns.

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

 

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.

 

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
